Carpenter receives Ellbogen Meritorious School Award

Tuesday morning, Carpenter principal Laurie Bahl welcomed Mary Ellbogen Garland who is the president and chair of the Ellbogen Foundation to present the Ellbogen Meritorious School Award.

Garland shared what a feat Carpenter teachers and staff accomplished by receiving this award.

“Only eight schools in Wyoming have accomplished this,” Garland said.

Bahl was not quiet about her enthusiasm for the students as well as the teachers.
