Sawyer Burkett received his American FFA Degree in Louisville, Ky., last week. Burkett was one of 30 recipients from Wyoming of the prestigious award.
Burns high graduate Sawyer Burkett was among the 3,578 recipients of the highest honor in the Future Farmers of America organization, the American FFA Degree.
The 86th Annual National FFA convention convened in Louisville, Ky., Oct. 30-Nov. 2, and over 55,000 students, teachers and parents took part in the exhibits, competitions and listened to keynote speakers such as Rick Pitino, Joe Torrillo and Josh Sundquist.
