Pine Bluffs resident Jeanette Foster can't explain her love for children, but has maintained her interest in child care since she was a teenager.
"I started out babysitting as a teenager, and nobody would tackle the type of kids that I watched," she said.
Her interest in child care grew since then, with 24 years in child care experience.
"I have worked with kids for a very long time," she said. "I had a child care service in Pine Bluffs for almost 17 years and during that time my husband and I also did foster care."
Today, Foster is the managing director of the Kimball Daycare Center.
