With this issue The Post comes out under the new management. We know the people have a deep interest in their home paper and always feel some apprehension when it goes into new hands; therefore we feel the responsible of our position.

We wish to say to the readers that we enter upon this work free from the influence of corporation, party, or individual; therefore we are in a position to give everyone an impartial hearing.
