As Farmers State Bank enters its 100th year of service to the Pine Bluffs community, customers will see many of the faces they have come to know, and a few new faces. It's not often that a business continues to grow and prosper after being around for 100 years, unless there have been major upheavals, like being absorbed into a larger, more modern corporation. And it's just the nature of human beings to gossip, and repeat what they've heard others say, negative or positive, especially about businesses. So, the management and staff of Farmers Bank would like the community, and public at large, to know that Farmers Bank has always been a 'home owned and home operated' financial institution, and will continue to remain so.
