No Till Notes: Eating wheat

We started wheat harvest yesterday and the wheat crop is a good one. Test weight is running a little light on some loads, but not as bad as I thought it might be considering the amount of rainfall and disease the crop had to contend with. The rain is falling again this morning, so wheat harvest will be delayed again for a few days.
