The Proficiency Assessments for Wyoming Students – or PAWS – test results for the 2014-'15 school year were discussed at last week's school board meeting.
"Without pointing fingers, newer and higher standards have been implemented over the past two years by the Department of Education, so the 2014 tests were different from the 2013 tests, so it's really not fair to compare the two," said Superintendent Jon Abrams.
