A slow start offensively proved to be the undoing of the Burns Broncs last Friday, as they lost a home game to Lingle-Fort Laramie, 34-30.
“We dug ourselves too big of a hole in this one”, said coach Sean Patterson. “We weren't able to execute offensively in the first quarter.”
The Broncs could only muster two points in the first quarter of play while giving up 11 to the visitors.
The second quarter was a little better as the home team scraped together nine points while holding Lingle-Fort Laramie to eight.
