A blown lead in the fourth quarter led to the first loss of the weekend for the Burns Broncs as they lost to Lingle-Ft. Laramie, 44-34.
Lingle-Ft. Laramie kicked off the first quarter with 22 points. Burns was able to hang close as they knocked down 16 points of their own.
The second quarter was all defense as Burns held the home team scoreless. Lingle-Ft. Laramie’s defense was just as strong as they kept the Broncs to three.
Defense continued to be the name of the game in the third as Burns held Lingle-Ft. Laramie to two points while putting up five.
