April in Wyoming often means wet ugly snow storms. It seems, however, the more warning and preparation we get, the weaker the storm gets. Not that anyone will complain about the little storm this past weekend. Perhaps everyone was encouraged to plan for more spring and less spring storms.
Spring means cute dresses for the girls, flowery hats for the ladies and hosted teas for all that cuteness and flowers to gather.
