Kent W. Malm

Kent W. Malm, 73, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2016 at his home in Glendale, AZ. His wife, Linda was with him. Kent was born October 8, 1942 to Glenn and Thelma Malm in Albin, Wy and attended high school in Albin.

He married Betty Swan in 1959 and to this union were four children; Jody (Julie) Malm of Cheyenne, Michele Malm of Henderson, NV, Jennifer (Lee) Miller of Strausburg, CO, and Todd Malm of Cheyenne.

Kent was a farmer in Albin and Pine Bluffs and in 1976 he married Linda Mills. They moved to Arizona in 1978 and he worked as a starter for the races at Turf Paradise.

Kent always still called Wyoming his home. He enjoyed watching football and Nascar.

He is survived by his children, nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and his brothers Larry Malm and Lee Malm of Albin. He is preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has taken place and per his request there will be no services.
