For the past eight years, Amanda Johnson's business has gone to the dogs...literally. Johnson is the owner of Barking Beauties, a mobile dog grooming business based in the Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska tri-state area. It wasn't her first choice of profession, but she has come to love what she does.

"I originally wanted to be a veterinarian, but it was too much schooling," said Johnson. "I love animals, it's a passion of mine so I decided to do grooming instead."

Johnson chose to work out of a customized mobile van rather than set up shop in a brick and mortar building due to cost concerns.
