Pine Bluffs Town Council discusses land use plan

Pine Bluffs Town Council heard from local residents last week regarding the North Wells Land Use Vision during a regularly scheduled council meeting Wednesday.

The project includes the options of relocating the Main Street railroad crossing and zoning the area to accommodate potential neighborhoods and businesses. Pine Bluffs residents had the opportunity to take a survey until July 15 regarding the different options.

Moving the railroad crossing to Beech Avenue is the first option. Moving it father east to Walnut Avenue is also being considered.
