Forum to be held for school board candidates

A class sponsored candidate forum will be held for those running to fill the five open seats for the Laramie County School District #2 (LCSD #2) school board.

According to Burns High School History Teacher Barry Ward, his senior class decided to host a forum because of the recent presidential race.

“The kids have a lot of questions about debates and forums so the easiest way to show them is to host a forum,” Ward explained. “There are eight candidates running and we usually don’t have that many so it will make for a great forum.”
