Utilizing the Historic Pine Bluffs High School, the Eastern Laramie County Outreach Center (ELCOC) through the Laramie County Community College, has been a staple to the surrounding community for many years offering many learning opportunities for those in Eastern Laramie County.
"We've been here for a long time, but I'm not sure if anyone really knows what we do and what we offer," ELCOC Office Assistant Kellie Green-Kashin explained.
