Burns basketball still fighting

Despite the aenemic amount of wins this season, you have to give credit to both Burns boys and girls basketball teams for never giving up and always giving their all, especially when you are going head-to-head with the defending state champions.

Pine Bluffs

Last Friday, both teams visited Pine Bluffs.

First up were the Lady Broncs, who took a quick lead at the start of the game but fell behind for good soon after.

The Lady Broncs trailed 23-3 at halftime and finally got some momentum going in the second half, but it was too litle, too late as Pine Bluffs held on for the 53-28 win.
