Kestner eyes a spot on town council

While she is not the first woman to seek office in Pine Bluffs, there have been more than a few of those, at 29, Janna Kestner is certainly one of the youngest.

The wife and mother of a 15-month-old son, Warwick, has been interested in public service for sometime, but with starting a new family and establishing her family's home in Pine Bluffs, Kestner has not had the time until now.
