Alice Ann (Snyder) Stoetzel

Ann Stoetzel, age 84, died in Denver, Colorado on April 25, 2017.

She was born in Mattoon, Illinois, lived in Neoga, Illinois, with her parents and sister Jean (Meckling).

She graduated from the Neoga High School in 1950, attending the University of Illinois. She met her husband, James Stoetzel there. They were married in 1952.

They lived in Chicago, Illinois for four years, Flint, Michigan for one year, Schurz, Nevada for two years, then settled in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming for 30 years. Her husband is James Stoetzel, M.D.

After her husband retired, they moved to Sun City Oro Valley, Oro Valley, Arizona. After 24 years, they moved to a retirement home, Harvard Square, in Denver, Colorado where she died.

Ann was survived by her husband, James Stoetzel, four children, ten grandchildren, and two great grandchilder on the way.

She had a good life.
