Carpenter twister was an EF-2, says NWS

According to the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne, one of the most significant outbreaks of severe weather to affect southeast Wyoming and the western Nebraska Panhandle in the past 30 years occurred on the afternoon and early evening of Monday, June 12. Numerous reports of tornadoes, very large hail and damaging winds were received by the NWS.

As the afternoon progressed, severe storms increased in coverage and intensity for areas along and east of Interstate 25 moving north and northeast across eastern Wyoming into the western Nebraska Panhandle.
