Nebraska Extension will be hosting area producers in a roundtable discussion on the use of annual forages in crop and cattle production systems. Topics will include:

Integrating annual forages into grain rotations

Species, mixes and expected yields

Seeding rates and fertility needs

Harvesting and grazing methods

Value of forage production versus input costs

The program will held in Kimball on March 8 from 6-9 pm at the 4-H Building, located at 5th and High School St.
