Project Appleseed instructors were in Pine Bluffs Saturday and Sunday to demonstrate the finer points of shooting and to give a history lesson on the Revolutionary War. The organization draws on the bravery of marksmen during the American Revolutionary War. In addition to spending a day learning rifle skills, Project Appleseed participants learn about the battles during the American Revoution - particularly Lexington and Concord. About a half-dozen area residents participated in the lessons and demonstrations held at the Pine Bluffs Sportsman's Club shooting range over the weekend. For more photos and information on the event, see B1.
