As I write this article, I'm a little bit concerned about all the produce I still have in the garden. Some if it I can pick anytime before it freezes, but some may end up being lost. My greatest concern is the tomatoes. Today, I have about 120 pounds of tomatoes left to pick, but only about half are even close to being ripe. I hope the warm temperatures will help ripen those that are close. Peppers are different. They can be picked at any level of maturity and still be eaten.
