BURNS - Despite getting off to a slow start at the Burns Winter Classic basketball tournament, the Lady Hornets ended their first weekend of play on the right foot dominating Moorcroft 82-46, Wheatland 54-30 and Saratoga 56-24.
Their only hiccup was the tournament opener Thursday night, when they absorbed a 45-36 loss to Wyoming Indian.
Af the end of the first quarter Thursday night, Pine Bluffs trailed Wyoming Indian 18-9.
