Carpenter Elementary holds "Pool Party" for Read Across America

Homecoming pride can be seen all over and Carpenter was in on the fun! In an effort to spread school spirit to all grade levels, the Carpenter Coyote Student Council brought the celebration to their community. The Coyotes participated in several themed dress-up days throughout the week and attended the Burns Junior and Senior High School parade.

Wednesday was quite special in particular. The student council wanted to get their peers excited about academics, as well as sports. The kids decided that reading would be their target this year, and what better way to read than a pool party outside.
