High capacity wild horse adoption farm looks to locate to Burns if statute is changed

If you have been a longtime resident of Burns you may be familiar with the farm of William Riedel located at 2439 Road 146. What you may not be aware of is that there is a company out of Isabel, South Dakota called Equine Elite LLC that is trying to buy the farm to create an 80 acre, 5000 head wild horse adoption facility.
