Resignations follow failure of senior citizens nutrition program in Burns

Laramie County Senior Services Advisory Board President Jim Clark, and board member Kari Clark, have resigned after Senior Services Director Erin LeBlanc and Cheyenne Housing Authority Executive Director Greg Hancock failed to reach an agreement for a new senior nutrition program for the town of Burns, leaving the seniors of Burns without a government funded meal facility.

"With what happened out here, I just didn't want to be associated with them anymore," said Jim Clark, who is also the mayor of Burns.
