Fertilizing – When and How Much

Believe it or not, spring is rapidly approaching. Yeah. Once again the weather has been up and down, cold and warm, windy and calm, snowy (well, kind of) and dry. It's almost like it can't make up it's mind. The last few years have been a bit unusual as far as the temperature goes. I remember the first year I planted lavender my thermometer read 125 degrees on May 25th. I also remember having snow in June just a few years before. Regardless of the weather the calendar is telling me that spring is just around the corner. It's time to start thinking about planting gardens and taking care of lawn...
