Burns Day 2021 a reality

The Burns town council recently held their February meeting on the 8th.

Kayla Madler attended to express interest in renting the room next to her pre-existing room that she rents. Her request is to rent both rooms for $400 a month however, council member Judy Johnstone revised her rental rate to 34 cents per square foot bringing the total rent per room price to $240 per month in total for both rooms that would be $480. Council Member Dennis Bastian moved to have the total rent set at $450 a month, the motion passed.
