Safety is Key issue for Burns Town Council

Town safety is a major concern for Mayor James Clark. He has been wondering about hiring someone to be a town marshal. This is because the Sheriff's departments have not been in the area. He was thinking around 20 hours per week for the individual to work. Mayor Clark knows of some candidates that could possibly fill that role. The individual would not be full time, and they would not have benefits. Plus, they do have a vehicle for that person. This would help with dog issues and to generally help the community to feel safe.
