Burns Town Council starts with moment of silence

The Burns town council on November 8th started the meeting with a moment of silence.

Veron Testerman was a board member on the utility board. He had passed away in October.

On public comments a concerned citizen stated that she had brought this up before and nothing was done. “We need some law enforcement in Burns. In Cheyenne a student was killed in front of the school walking across the street in the crosswalk. Two other students were hit walking in the cross walk.
