A new Marshal is coming to town. The Burns town council met on June 13th at 6:30 p.m.
First on the Agenda was a request for the approval of the sewer line extension that is bad. The Utility board put bids out to companies to put a new sewer line in on Second street. Two different companies submitted bids. MSI with a bid of $74,850 and Aztec Construction with a bid of $58,255. The council voted going with the bid from Aztec.
