Tone & Tan new business to Pine Bluffs

A new exercise place has come to Pine Bluffs. Tone & Tan is a new business that held their open house on September 1st from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

This is a circuit gym. A person starts anywhere on a machine. You work out for 30 seconds at each station resting or jogging in between each machine. You do this three times around the gym on the machines to get a full workout. Then you do this three times a week to see results. The machines work a different area of the body. It helps tone and strengthen a person. Each machine has hydraulic resistance to help build the body. This is for all ages...
