Burns/PB Cross Country runners compete at State

The Pine Bluffs/Burns cross country track team left on Friday morning–not early which was lovely. The team always starts state day with an EARLY team run. This has been a tradition since long before Coach Rousseau took over. Coach said, “This tradition is one of my favorites, despite me being the opposite of a morning person.” The initial outside meet-up is always grumpy, but within a few moments they are giggling together outside. They found a park in the dark–a couple of loops around, some plyos, and a couple of games of infection and they were on their way.
