Above:On March 25th, the PBHS Wyoming Academic Challenge team faced off against schools from around the state in matters of trivia and general knowledge. This culminating event capped off a long season of competition held at the community colleges across Wyoming. This state event was at Central Wyoming College in Riverton. When the dust settled, the Pine team finished with a 4th place overall finish and a 1st place in the small school category. "We had a really great team this year and I'm very proud of our students," said Coach Kestner. Additionally, Edwin Morales, a PBHS senior, was selected as an all-star player, meaning he was ranked in the top 6 players in the entire state. "Edwin did a marvelous job. They all did such a great job!" This concludes the WAC season and it will start again next October.
