Lease for Rustic Plate extended another month for more info and discussions

There are some concerns about safety while the new playground in being built at Steege Park. The Burns Town Council met on August 28th at 5:30 p.m.

Mayor Jim Clark is making sure things in the town stay safe. The new equipment that is being put in at Steege park has the council a little concerned about the old equipment. There is a piece of equipment that needs to be addressed. The park has tape around it warning people to stay clear but the question is, is that safe enough. The Mayor is contacting the company. The sooner the project is done then the sooner it is safe for everyone.
