Fall a new seaon of changes and colors in the area

The weather is changing and so is the season. September 23rd is the first day of fall. Some people love the weather where others hate the knowledge that winter is close behind.

Fall is old English meaning to drop. This came about in the 1500's. Fall has signs of cooler weather, plants become dormant, and leafs are falling off the trees. Harvest is showing up in every field and garden. Animals are gathering food to be prepared for the winter months. Birds are migrating south towards the Equator.
