Kite flying takes over the bluffs

Once a year on top of the bluffs in Pine Bluffs the kites are flying big and high. This was the seventh annual End of the Trail Kite Festival.

Pine Bluffs Recreation gave out 100 kites free to the first kids through the line. Parents and grandparents were out with the kids teaching them how to set up a kite and how to fly a kite. Smiles were on everyone's face for the day.
