Breast cancer is a type of cancer that forms in the cells of the breasts. It is more commonly found in women and though rare in men and children, it does affect them.

In women, 297,790 are diagnosed every year. There have been 43,700 women die from this disease. The average age of women who get breast cancer is 50 years old.
