Albin Community Center host "A fun Albin fright night"

It is sometimes cold at Halloween time. There was a couple of years where the weather was absolutely perfect for trick or treaters to go house to house without having to bundle up. But alas, that isn't always the case. In the Albin, the parents want their children staying warm and safe plus there are not as many houses in town for the kids to trick and trick to.
