Joseph Nicholson voted to be Mayor Pro Tem for Burns

Working on Main Street and a new business was on the agenda at the Burns Town Council meeting on February 26th. One of the first items was to find out the council never voted on Joseph Nicholson to be mayor pro tem when Mayor Jim Clark was on the council. Clark just appointed him. Because of this not being voted on by the council, the council made it official by voting Nicholson to be mayor at the meeting. All approved.
