Phyllis Irene Knapp Cohea, 87 of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away February 26, 2024, in her home in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was born September 22, 1936, to Bernard Eugene Knapp and Clara Elizabeth (Hodge) Knapp at her grandparents' home Northeast of McDonald, Kansas. Phyllis attended school in her early years at the Knapp School. In 1948 she moved to Grover, Colorado where she finished her education. She married Francis Eugene Cohea on December 26, 1956, in Greeley, Colorado. They then moved to California where Gene served in the Airforce. She was loving, industrious, and energetic.
