Lady Hornets Swarm into Cheyenne

The Lady Hornets went to Cheyenne to compete in the Okie Blanchard Invitational track and field meet last Friday. The team had a rough outing and did not place well. As a team they placed ninth in the field. The Lady Hornets junior varsity team placed third in the meet with some great performances by Kaylea Bymer, Jasmin Garcia and the 4x800m relay team. This would be a good day for Jessica Hoffman who took first place in two events and just missed a top ten finish with an 11th place effort in another event.
