Ice Cream, we all scream for Ice Cream

A lot of people love to eat ice cream at any times of the year. Homemade ice cream is the best to have. It was always made on special occasions. But throughout the years there has been less homemade ice cream and more store bought ice cream.

In Burns, Josie's Creamery is making homemade ice cream. Cody, Coral Smith and their three children are the owners of the business. Cody is a fourth generation farmer in the Carpenter area.
