I would like to share with you a true story about a recent 911 call. During the early night time hours a call to respond to an emergency was received. As one responder drove to the fire station, another responder was spotted running as fast as he could down the main street sidewalk of town toward the fire station ahead. That man was a volunteer fireman who just left lifting weights a few blocks away at a gym.
