Cross Country Team Goes Across Border To Compete

Burns/Pine Bluffs cross-country track team traveled across the state line to Kimball, Nebraska to run in the Kimball Invite. The weather was perfect for the event and the kids performed outstandingly. The meet only runs four races and according to head coach Ashley Rousseau, "It's always awesome to see the team's internal competition on courses like this. We had at least one harrier in each of the races make it to the podium!!! Our boys also beat Torrington and was a close SECOND PLACE behind Bridgeport–which hopefully we will see next weekend in Alliance and beat them out."
