The shovels were all lined up in a row, waiting to be used to break ground by members of the Pine Bluffs Town Council and representatives from HDR Engineering, and Prospect Construction.
Pine Bluffs Town Administrator Kimberly Patterson welcomed everyone and thanked them for joining to commemorate the commencement of the construction of the north property development - the Prairie View subdivision. At this time, she invited Pastor Joshua Tangeman to deliver an invocation and asked everyone to stand.
