Pine Bowl Bowlers Score at State

Over 40 bowlers traveled to the Cheyenne Red Lion for the Wyoming State Jamboree bowling tournament to compete for state titles. Two of the bowlers scored big. Tristen Zitek and Codel Charvat both won state titles.

Codel Charvat, from Kimball, Nebraska bowls in a league at Pine Bowl here in Pine Bluffs. Charvat won the State Singles Scratch event championship. He received a nice plaque and bragging rights. Charvat bowled a 268, 266 and 264 totaling a 798 series for the singles championship.
