Giant Pumpkin in Carpenter

Most folks remember or still watch once a year, "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown Halloween spiel. Well, in Carpenter Wyoming the neighbors of Karen and Stan Butler are watching a great pumpkin, too.

Karen Butler had a friend in Illinois that liked their giant pumpkins. She would explain and share their experiences about the pumpkins. How they would put them in contests and carve them into toboggans to go down the hills. Butler thought it would be fun to grown one, so her friend sent seeds from her giant pumpkin. It is the American Atlantic Giant pumpkin.
