Laramie County sees record turnout on first day of early voting

Over 700 voters cast ballots on Tuesday

Turnout on day one of early voting in Laramie County set a record yesterday as 754 voters cast ballots ahead of the November General Election.

According to Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, the previous record, set in 2020, was 313.

Early voting continues in the atrium of the Laramie County Governmental Complex, 309 W. 20th St., through Nov. 4. The early voting polling place is open weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for county holidays. There will be no early voting on Monday, Oct. 14, because of Columbus Day.
