CHEYENNE, WY – With the Absentee Voting period for the 2024 General Election beginning on October 8th, fewer Wyoming counties are using drop boxes than previous election cycles. Park County and Sheridan County have each discontinued their use of ballot drop boxes for the 2024 Primary and General Elections. Secretary Gray previously rescinded directives issued by previous Secretary of State Ed Buchanan in 2020 allowing ballot drop boxes.
